The Bramble is one of the most famous cocktails of the last 30 years and used to be one of the most popular drinks, especially in the late 90s and early 2000s. We give this supposedly simple mixture of gin, blackberry liqueur and lemon an irresistible twist: homemade, sour blackberry liqueur and a hint of lavender turn it into the Provence Bramble. Sweet and sour, fresh and floral and the perfect Cocktail to welcome spring.
