With the Natural Aviation, we bring Sonja's favorite drink straight to your home! Inspired by the legendary Aviation cocktail of the 1910s, this drink has everything that makes the classic - but with a completely natural twist. Instead of artificially colored violet liqueur, we use our own homemade violet liqueur. With it the Natural Aviation remains true to its original beauty and offers a genuine taste.
At the heart of the Natural Aviation is the Stork Club Organic Rye Gin, which, with its spicy note, goes perfectly with our Lemon Super Juice and Maraschino Cherry Liqueur. The highlight? Our homemade violet liqueur, which gives the drink a subtly floral and completely natural silver hue. With an alcohol content of 19.6% by volume, this cocktail strikes the perfect balance - full-bodied but not overpowering.
Our bottled cocktails are freshly prepared for you to order and contain no artificial preservatives or colorants. Choose between 200ml or 500ml, our recommendation is serving 100ml per drink.

Der Natural Aviation hat meine Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern weit übertroffen! Die Flasche ist ein echter Hingucker, elegant und hochwertig gestaltet – ein Design, das in jeder Hausbar ein Statement setzt. Zugegeben, anfangs war ich beim Preis etwas skeptisch, aber das Erlebnis war jeden Cent wert. Schließlich zahlt man in einer guten Bar für einen Cocktail dieser Qualität mindestens 12 Euro und aufwärts, hier hatte ich das Vergnügen, gleich drei Drinks aus der 200ml Flasche zu zaubern. Geschmacklich ist der Natural Aviation ein echter Genuss: der Gin vereint sich harmonisch mit den floralen Noten des Veilchenlikörs, während eine spritzige Zitrusnote für Frische sorgt – genau wie ein perfekt gemixter Drink vom Barkeeper. Das ist Cocktailluxus, den man ohne großen Aufwand zu Hause genießen kann, und es hat wirklich überzeugt! Für mich ist der Natural Aviation ein absolutes Must-Have und die perfekte Wahl, um anspruchsvolle Gäste oder sich selbst mit einem stilvollen Drink zu verwöhnen.
