Ground Hilly is our exclusive twist on the classic Rum Manhattan, inspired by the original name "Hilly Ground" for the area around New York. In this limited creation, German Revolte Rum meets the best rums from Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, refined with vermouths from all over the world and orange and grapefruit bitters from The Seventh Sense.

Ground Hilly gets its unique character from being aged in former bourbon barrels. The maturation process, which takes place over 32 to 40 days, brings out the aromas of the wood to their full potential and gives the cocktail a deep, complex note. This limited edition is only available for pre-sale and is limited to 60 bottles per batch - a true treat for connoisseurs.
