Fried Colada

A piña colada – but much more intense and without cream!

The Fried Colada is made with overproof rum, caramelised pineapple and a homemade fried coconut syrup, which gives it a particularly rich coconut flavour. Lemon adds freshness, whilst black walnuts lend the drink a surprisingly nutty depth.

The result is a cocktail that feels tropical, creamy and complex all at once.

Just sweet enough to pass as a liquid dessert – yet fresh enough to make you want another glass straight away.

Bar tip for extra creaminess

For a particularly creamy texture, we recommend briefly shaking the drink or whipping it with a hand-held milk frother before serving over ice.

This creates a particularly beautiful foam head.
